The CultureHaus Board of Directors is a group of young Denver area professionals who share a love of the arts. Combining each chair's unique expertise, the group plans events that support the Denver Art Museum and the local art community.
Dan Prather
Board Co-Chair
is current Co-Chair of CultureHaus’ Board of Directors, a position he has served in since October 2010. Previously, he was Board Treasurer. Dan has been most active in the arts and culture community in Denver through his pro bono work on the biannual Economic Activity
Study of Denver Metro Culture sponsored by the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts and, among others, Deloitte Consulting, Dan's former employer. As lead analyst on this study for its past six releases, Dan has developed a broad understanding of the vital contribution that arts and culture make to a community's financial and social asset base. His understanding of economic impact also applies to his everyday job as managing partner of DualDraw LLC, a manufacturer of industrial air filtration equipment that serves both domestic and international markets. Outside of volunteering and work, Dan enjoys his growing family, the mountains, a good bottle of red wine, and his dog Earl.

Jim Guttau
Board Co-Chair
CultureHaus' Co-Chair elect, is a "child of the corn," hailing from Iowa, where he graduated from Morningside College with a degree in elementary and special education. In 2004, he relocated to Denver and launched his own public relations firm, Guttau PR.
With awards from organizations such as the National School Public Relations Association, Guttau PR has become a standout among local PR agencies and caters to nonprofit organizations, education, food industry, "green" products, fitness and travel destinations. Named "A New Face of Philanthropy" by the Denver Post, Guttau has been honored with numerous awards, including the Mission Champion Award from the National Kidney Foundation, and is a visible community activist, serving on several boards of directors and nonprofit event committees.

Jennifer McIntire
Co-Chair Elect
Membership Co-Chair
is in her third year on the CultureHaus Board of Directors. She currently holds the position of Membership Co-Chair/BASH Co-Chair. Previously, she held the position of Sponsorship Co-Chair. In her current capacity, Jenn is responsible for the Annual Membership
Recruitment and Appreciation BASH, which highlights a department or exhibit in the Denver Art Museum. Outside of CultureHaus, Jenn has worked in various levels of politics and government both in Denver and Washington, D.C. She began her career at the State Capitol in Tallahassee, Florida, after graduating from Florida State University. She is originally from San Francisco, but is proud to call Denver home.

Michael Mowry
Collects Co-Chair/Past Co-Chair
a rare native of Colorado, has served on the CultureHaus Board of Directors since 2005, holding numerous positions, including Volunteer Chair and Board Co-Chair as well as his current seat, Collects Co-Chair. A 1992 graduate of the University of Colorado
architecture program, Michael has worked in numerous architectural offices in the Denver area. In 2010, he founded his own firm, Mowry Studio LLC, specializing in three-dimensional visualization, graphic presentations and animations for a variety of clients, including public artists, architects, interior designers, and graphic artists. A passionate member of the Denver arts community, Michael is a 2007 graduate of the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts' Leadership Arts cultural board training program, and is also the Board President of Colorado Art Ranch, a unique trans-disciplinary nomadic arts and writing residency program founded in Colorado in 2006. Michael is an avid photographer with numerous shows in the Denver area, as well as an adventurous world traveler.

Deanne Gertner
Collects Co-Chair
serves as a member of the CultureHaus Board of Directors and is a Co-Chair of Collects, CultureHaus’ art-specific events committee. By day, she works as the Administrative & Program Assistant for the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA), which allows her to bring
views of rare and private collections of Denver’s top art collectors, artists and galleries to members of CultureHaus. By night, Deanne can be found working at the dining/shopping district known as Belmar, serving lettuce wraps to the masses. She graduated from Regis University in 2006 with a degree in English literature and a minor in fine arts. Deanne has a background in sculpture and is on her way to earning an MFA in creative writing from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. Since high school, Deanne has volunteered for such diverse organizations as the 9News Food Drive, Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, Metro State’s Center for Visual Art, the Colorado Nonprofit Association, Create Denver and One of Ninety-Nine. In addition to CultureHaus, Deanne sits on VISIT DENVER’s Cultural Tourism Committee.

Joshua Van Engen
Marketing Co-Chair
serves on the CultureHaus Board of Directors as Marketing Co-Chair. From defining strategy to executing creative, he helps spearhead all branding and marketing efforts for the organization. For as long as he can remember, Josh has been creating art, growing up close to
his grandfather, an architect who nurtured his artistic skills. Josh graduated from the University of Denver in 2005 with a BFA in eMAD (Electronic Media Fine Art and Design) with an emphasis in digital media studies. After earning his degree, Josh helped establish a small interactive firm, which later became part of Hill Aevium Advertising. And in 2010 he joined Denver marketing agency 90octane as a Creative Conversion Specialist (or Art Director). His work includes everything from brand development and information architecture to design and illustration. In 2009 Josh earned W3 Gold and Silver Awards for his work on Mad Greens Mobile and Ski Quest GPS. In addition to his active involvement with CultureHaus, he volunteers for the Colorado BMA, Ad2 Denver and the Second Wind Foundation of Metro Denver.

Court Earp
Marketing Co-Chair
raised in Steamboat Springs, settled in Denver to develop his business as a graphic/web/interior designer. Prior to relocating to Denver, Court attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, pursued a professional acting career in Los Angeles, became a certified
yoga instructor, and developed his skills in the Adobe® Creative Suite®. With a background in graphic and interior design, Court joined the CultureHaus Board of Directors as a marketing Co-Chair to broaden his skill set and gain practical experience in marketing while supporting the arts community in Denver. While Court has contributed to CultureHaus on a number of fronts, he considers his greatest contribution to be the successful email campaigns he’s helped to launch for CultureHaus’ events and parties. When he’s not working or volunteering his time to CultureHaus, Court enjoys practicing yoga, staying active and taking weekend trips to Los Angeles.

Georgina Kolber
InHaus Co-Chair
is Co-Chair of CultureHaus’ InHaus committee, which plans educational programs and events onsite at the Denver Art Museum. She is currently the Curator of Exhibits and Adult Programs at the Mizel Museum in Denver, where for the past five years she has conceived and
developed innovative exhibitions and programs for Denver’s Jewish communities and beyond. She believes passionately that the arts play a vital role in social change movements around the world. A native New Yorker, Georgina feels most alive amongst cultural diversity and therefore assumes a responsibility to play ‘Cultural Agent’ here in Denver. In her spare time she can be found indulging her five senses in dancing, music, art, ethnic food, yoga, riding bikes, urban gardening, metal-smithing and learning new things.

David Kennett
Out and About Co-Chair
serves as Out and About Co-Chair for CultureHaus, where he creates and coordinates unique social events for its members. David is a B2B territory sales manager but his true passion is painting. As artist and owner of BFF Pet Paintings, he creates custom pet paintings in
oil. In 2000 he graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in painting, printmaking and photography, and a minor in business. After years of painting and traveling, David returned to school to earn his masters in architecture and his MBA from the University of Colorado. He has worked in architecture, real estate development and green build consulting. In addition, he is a cycling enthusiast and spends much of his free time road and mountain biking.

Dina Chaiffettz
Banner Co-Chair
joined the CultureHaus Board of Directors after graduating with honors from the Leadership Arts program of Colorado Business Committee for the Arts. She serves as Co-Chair for Banner, CultureHaus’ signature annual fundraising event and soiree. Dina has a degree in
business from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and works as a freelance marketing and social media consultant. She also serves on the marketing committees for This Week in Denver and TEDxMileHigh.

Heather Pridemore
Recorder
serves on the CultureHaus Board of Directors as Board Recorder, functioning as a historian; she maintains permanent and ongoing records for the organization. She is originally from Tampa, Florida, where she attended the University of South Florida and graduated with a
BFA in photography. Prior to relocating to Colorado, she spent two years obtaining an MA in photographic preservation and collections management, a split program between Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario, and the George Eastman House International Museum of Photography and Film (GEH) in Rochester, New York. Heather has three years of combined experience working and volunteering with the Leepa Rattner Museum of Art (LRMA), The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts (FMOPA), The Colorado Historical Society (aka History Colorado Center), as well as GEH. Heather looks forward to integrating herself further into the Denver art community and hopes to start her own photographic preservation business in the year to come.

Keith Ambuhl
IT Chair
Keith Ambuhl grew up in upstate NY and graduated from Ithaca College with a BS in business administration. After graduation, he spent time in Boston, Boulder and Los Angeles before settling in Denver. Following work with a mutual fund company, CU Boulder,
UCLA Medical Center and the CFP Board, Keith founded a technology consulting company, Agilutions. When not running his business, Ambuhl explores the Denver restaurant scene, runs around Wash Park, mentors youth or hikes in the mountains.

Stephanie Blake
Public Relations Co-Chair
Stephanie Blake owns and runs Blake Communications, a firm focused on strategic communication services for nonprofits, education institutions and creative industries. Prior to founding Blake Communications, she was assistant professor of communication at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
In addition to CultureHaus, Blake serves as a board member for Public Relations Society of America Colorado Chapter and development committee member for Children's Hospital Foundation. Blake received her Ph.D. in mass communication from the University of Minnesota, an M.S. in public relations from the University of Denver and a B.A. in English from the College of Wooster.

Sarah Domareck
Sponsorship Co-Chair
Sarah Domareck volunteers with several organizations within the Denver community and works for Jackson National Life as an account coordinator in the marketing department. During her free time Domareck enjoys running, skiing, traveling and shopping. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated with a B.S. in Advertising.

Nicole Jarman
Banner 2012 Co-Chair
With a love for throwing parties and an obsession for details, Jarman's role as an event manager organically grew, and her niche in planning was officially born with her creation of HobNob Events and Festivals. Jarman's passion leads her to coordinate everything from farmers markets to music festivals to galas.
Prior work experience includes working in Dallas, Texas, as general manager of the Garland Symphony Orchestra and in Washington, D.C., as a strategy and operations business analyst for the Advisory Board Company. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in communications and Italian.

Piper Vitale
Sponsorship Co-Chair
Piper Vitale was raised in Denver and holds a B.A. in communications from Boston College and a B.F.A in graphic design from the California College of Arts & Crafts in San Francisco. After graduating, she moved to New York City where she worked for Condé Nast Publications as the senior designer for Vanity Fair.
After traveling extensively, Vitale returned to Denver and launched a graphic design business, Piper Vitale Designs. She also sits on the advisory board for KIPP Schools in Colorado and volunteers her time supporting education and the arts in the community. When Vitale's not running around meeting with clients, she enjoys running in marathons and around the tennis court.
